Next stop is the presentation of new formula for more efficient product which make perfect time allocation of Dast´ products .
Our engineers have worked for a considered amount of time from customer´s request to make a significant better products. Because we value the needs and wants of our customers we jump ahead in the future . According to the World Health Organization, 20-25% of the population suffers from the building disease syndrome such as headache, nausea, irritation that is why our progression relies always with ecology and environmental protection that is why Dast´s engineers are working all the time to elaborate and develop the actual products with better features and much more added value into them.
Starting from our additives and ending with our additional products the range of products in increasing all the time just the years back we had about 100 products and nowadays our products vary up to 500 products from all sort of area, colour & packaging sizes to meet your needs and wants. The products are made so that they are of high quality and durability of the products fulfils our client´s needs, because we belong where we are needed.

DAST ACADEMY IN HELSINKI |

In November ,Armada Yhtiöt will provide free training for all our personnel working under the area of construction free of charge ,whereas new clients and old ones will pay starting from a minimal sum. Soon it will be available in Helsinki DAST ACADEMY FINLAND where we will present different products and how to use them , from one to three days depending on the amount of products and different certificates for example on hydro insulation or additives or the area of specification .
Also price will vary after the first 100 subscribers , but we will inform our clients through our page, when everything will be set from our engineers. |

As consequence of significantly increased sales in the European markets DAST, from 1 December 2013, invests in the duplication of capacity and that is why now we are using the M -Technology to produce more and save time. The work was completed by 1st of March 2014 , but the demand has increased and now there are more buildings made to meet our customers quality demand. We are expanding our products as well our warehouse . Due to this increase on demand , supply has increased as well significantly and our experts calculate the double of demand request for 2018.
Thanks to our devotion, grit and qualitative work DAST empire is increasing and we are looking forward for more possible collaborations, because we care to give the best quality and help possible to everyone who is planning to build, repair and construct a strong based environment.
Armada Yhtiöt is as well planning to increase our warehouse capacity in Helsinki area due to increased demand due to unexpected increase in sales . Looking forward to make more Finnish houses with our wonderful products.

2 TIMES FASTER SCREED FOR CASTINGS |

Soon we will offer a new product which is a super rapid floor screed for castings which need less time to dry and will save your precious time but also we have same kind of product but in case you’re a easy going customer and you will take all the time you need to complete your renovation and which will adjust to your budget. Our previous floor screed casting had a much higher drying time , about 4hours but now our engineers have introduced a new product which meets our customers needs. The new sacks are of 25kg but soon it will be available in 20kg as well due to Finnish laws and regulations .
The sacks will be in five different languages and with a eye catching design. Our superior quality products meet all European regulations and are eco friendly.

DAST´S PRODUCTION LINE |

Dast uses m-tec production line which has a capacity of 120 tons/hour and which is of a very precise nature. The advantage of the m-tec technology is that it requires no installation height and everything is controlled automatically from a computer room with specialised engineers.
The individually programmed controllers, connected to mechanical components guarantee a maximal accuracy of the system. So, we don’t pay for errors neither do our clients .
The m-tec technology is suitable for mass production; it does the weighing of the products components and conducts automatic transportation to the mixing silo so each and every product has maximum quality and minimum possible error in weighting.
Moreover, this technology is equipped with a flexible system of the additives dosages (FAD) to facilitate the mass production.
POWERDOS is a totally automatic system of dosages. DAST uses this structure for an accurate dosage of the materials in large quantities such as dust and granular substances especially for dust materials of poor leakage qualities. The latest visual technology whereby can be controlled through independent way from the general system control provides the most precision rate up to +/-1 gr that leads to 0 the possibility of making a mistake as well as deformation of a product.
